Manage Pets
We understand that Pet management is the top priority and your start point. That is why we keep it on top of all Menus. The Pet management dashboard let you manage all your Pet details, Track previous history, Set reminders and many more. VetNvet super search interface lets you get all information by quick search using Pet Name, Animal type, Owner name, mobile number or even by the breed.
Pet Owners
It is very easy to keep the Pet Owners profile. Add multiple Pets under an owner ex: a cat, 2 dogs and an elephant. You can search through any info like mobile number, email id, Pet name and more. Our super search interface flashes list even before you complete your typing. You can access Pets and Start consultation or Track previous history right away from this page.
Visits/Consultations
Track every detail on each consultation. You can set from Visit Type to which branch and doctor the visit is. You can feed data of what you have done on the visit including,
Each Visit can be messaged to your client as detailed as possible. You can also control what you want to show and what not.
Prescriptions
Making prescription is so easier with VetNvet. Spend a little time at one and bring all your generic prescriptions to prescription templates and that’s it. And then it is so easier for you and your team to prescribe by single click. Also you can always add/edit/delete on medicines from the selected template as well save the edited one as a new template for future use. Prescription management is course basis with all options of prescribing such as daily, hourly once, yearly, drop count, before/after food and more. You customize your prescription on your way using our easy to use interface.
Messaging
VetNvet is built around a powerful messaging module that lets you message your clients on every occasion. Message templates provide you way to send messages for Pet Registration, Visit Details, Prescription, Follow up reminders for general visit, treatment and vaccination. VetNvet provides 3 optional modes to send message,
VetNvet is the first app to integrate full-fledged WhatsApp messaging into a Health care Practice Management system.
Masters
We have given a database all possible animals, breeds and colors. However you can add new animals, breeds, colors and coats on your own. You may also add/edit Visit purpose and types. Most important part is Medicines which by adding into masters will ease up all your routine work with VetNvet. Set default is an option which eases up your work during Pet Registration or New Visit. For example, if your clinic often visited by Dogs/Labrador and Fawn color then they are set by default so your work is reduced during consultation.
Appointments
It is made as easy as possible. You can schedule appointments flexibly using the 3 different views. As appointment are integrated with Visits you can complete your visit consultation from the appointments page. Thus this is another dashboard for Doctors to begin their daily practice routines. You can also mark the status as complete, reschedule or trigger reminders against an appointment.
Users
Create login for each your Doctors and Assistants. You can add/edit/delete or put inactive your users including Doctors, Admin Doctors and Assistants. You may also associate your users to specific branches or all your branches. Keep necessary Biodata of your users including exit date. Give/Remove billing access to any users you wish.
Client Connect
VetNvet Client Connect is a mobile app exclusively built for Pet Owners. Pet Owners can track all his pets information including the messages, visit details, prescription and other documents submitted by Doctors. The Client Connect also helps Doctors to eliminate WhatsApp messages (thus spending) at one stage.
