Managing Appointments

In Appointments module, we can view the list of appointments based on date, Pet/Pet Owners, Visit purpose and status either is completed or pending, we also have a list view and to show it based on Day, Week and Monthly, based on your preference you can view it.

Under Actions, we can edit, Mark as completed, start the consultation from here and delete the appointment as well only for the Appointments that show status has “Pending”. For the status which shows “Completed” we can just schedule new Appointment from here and once we change the date and time for the Pet, and schedule new appointment, it goes to the messaging and once we click submit then client receives the appointment notification.

Edit action for pending appointments: Here we can modify the appointment date and time and reschedule based on availability, Start the consultation and mark as completed.

Mark as Completed: We can see Tick icon and once we click on it, it will allow us to complete and ask for confirmation.

Start Consultation: Which will allow to start the consultation for the Pet and Doctor can update the diagnosis and submit the consultation.

Adding new Appointments:

We can also create a new appointment from here by click on create new appointment, new appointment for vaccination or illness, reason can be different though. Just need to enter all the details for appointment such as date, time and visit type. From here we can send the appointment notification message immediately to client and reminder as well. We can On and Off the messaging based on the client preferences and also enable only WhatsApp or Email according to the client preference and we can overall stop messaging and reminders to clients.

Once we click done, client receives the message based on the options enabled.
